HEADLINE: Disposal of Property 
 
The Directors of Invesco Property Income Trust are pleased to announce the 
exchange of contracts for the sale of Fleet House, Peterborough for GBP6,125,000. 
Completion will take place within 8 weeks. The sale price is 5.1% ahead of the 
valuation as at 30 June 2010 of GBP5,830,000, and 21% ahead of the valuation as 
at 31 March 2010. 
 
The property comprises an office building let to News International Plc, on a 
lease expiring in June 2017. 
 
The net proceeds of sale will be used to repay bank borrowings. 
 
Commenting on this disposal, Richard Barnes, Chairman of the Company, said: 
 
"We are very pleased to have secured this disposal at a price in excess of the 
most recent valuation for this property, and more than 20% in excess of the 
valuation at the time that terms were agreed. The sale of this property at such 
a premium will allow the Company to reducing borrowing levels. "
