Invesco Perpetual European Absolute Return Trust plc (the "Company") 
 
 
Notice of Suspension and Cancellation from the Official List 
 
 
Further to the publication of the circular to shareholders dated 5 October 2009 
in connection with the reconstruction and winding-up of the Company (the 
"Circular"), and the subsequent Reclassification of Shares, the Company confirms 
that the listing of the Reclassified Shares has been suspended with immediate 
effect and expected to be cancelled in November 2010. 
 
 
The Second General Meeting of the Company will be held tomorrow, following which 
a further announcement will be made. 
 
 
Terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as in the Circular.
