BOARD APPOINTMENT





Infast Group plc ("Infast"), the industrial inventory management services group,
is pleased to announce that Richard Seguin has joined the Board of Infast as a
non-executive director with effect from today, Monday 13 January 2003.



Mr Seguin, aged 43, British and French national, is the Chief Executive of
Techpack International S.A., a division of the French Group Pechiney S.A. and
has previously worked with Impress Metal Package BV Group and Rhone-Poulenc.
His wide-ranging international experience includes direct involvement in
distribution and inventory management.



Graham Titcombe, Chairman of Infast, said:  "Mr Seguin has a great deal of
business experience both in the UK and overseas.  I am delighted to welcome him
to the Board of Infast and look forward to his contribution."



There are no details to be disclosed under paragraph 6F.2(b) to (g) of the
Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
