IndigoVision Group plc ("the Company") has received notification today that,
subsequent to the purchase of 50,000 ordinary shares on 11 February 2004, Mr
Patrick Porteous now holds 300,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing
4.34% of the issued share capital.  Mr Porteous has advised that these shares
are held in his SIPP.
