  INDIGOVISION SIGNS #500K LICENCING DEAL WITH VIDEO NETWORK SPECIALIST COE



*         VideoBridgeTM to be at the core of COE's next generation digital
video product range for the CCTV industry



Edinburgh, UK, 25th July 2001 - IndigoVision Group plc (IND.L), a leading
supplier of video intellectual property, today announces it has signed a 
#500,000 licensing agreement with UK-based video network specialist COE.



COE provides complete video network solutions to the transportation,
surveillance and security industries.  IndigoVision's VideoBridge technology
will lie at the core of COE's new digital product range, which is designed
specifically for large-scale transportation monitoring projects, such as
international airports and railway terminals.  COE solutions are already
operating in a diverse range of applications for customers such as the BBC,
Kuala Lumpa airport and the Tate Gallery, UK.



Commenting on the deal, Brian Wadsworth, Chief Executive of COE said: "
IndigoVision's unique VideoBridge technology will be a key element in
maintaining our position as a leader in the field of complete video network
solutions.  VideoBridge will complete our digital video product range at the
heart of our X-class network and enable us to offer customers futuristic
solutions such as face and number plate recognition."



Oliver Vellacott, CEO of IndigoVision said: "Today's announcement is
IndigoVision's fifth CCTV licensing agreement signed within 12 months and adds
to our existing agreements with Baxall and Ultrak.  This deal with COE is
further proof that VideoBridge is fast becoming the de facto standard for
video management in the global CCTV market."
