("Immotion" or the "Company")
Issue of Options and Director/PDMR Shareholding
Immotion, the UK-based immersive virtual reality ("VR") 'out of
home' entertainment business, announces that, as detailed in the
Company's admission document published on 12 July, the Company
established the Immotion Group plc Share Option Scheme (the "Option
Scheme") on 22 June 2018 and makes the disclosure set out below in
relation to Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
("PDMRs"). On Admission, the Company issued a total of 11,008,750
options to subscribe for new ordinary shares in the Company under
the Company's Option Scheme (the "Options") in the quantities, and
on the terms, described below.
The issue of the Options includes the issue of 5,950,000 Options
to the Company's directors as follows:
