This announcement replaces the Net Asset Value(s) announcement that was released on 26 October 2012. The adjusted Net Asset Value per share is the result of an additional provision of GBP2 million against one of the Company's investments.

The unaudited Net Asset Value of Ingenious Media Active Capital Limited as at 30 September 2012 was GBP20,135,253.06 (30 September 2011: GBP32,788,677.39)

On a pence per share basis this is equivalent to 14.06 pence per share - diluted and undiluted (30 September 2011: 22.90 pence - diluted and undiluted).

The 14.06 pence per share (30 September 2011: 22.90 pence per share) includes 11.51 pence per share (after the reallocation of a short term loan to investments) (30 September 2011: 17.99 pence per share) of investments and 2.48 pence per share (30 September 2011: 4.89 pence per share) of cash.
