INGENIOUS MEDIA ACTIVE CAPITAL SELLS TWO WAY MEDIA

Ingenious Media Active Capital Ltd (the 'Company') is pleased to announce that it has successfully sold its holding in Two Way Media Holdings Limited to the existing management team.

Patrick Bradley, Director of Ingenious Asset Management Ltd, Investment Manager to the Company said:

'We are pleased to have successfully completed a further exit from the Company's portfolio, following on from the recent sales of Stage 3 Music Publishing and Outside Line. We continue to actively manage the Company's portfolio companies and will seek exits for the individual companies when circumstances are appropriate'.
