Feature film group, Intandem, has today been admitted to trading on the AIM
market of the London Stock Exchange. The Group has raised 1.15 million by way
of a Placing of a total of 23,000,000 million Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each at
5p per share.

Intandem focuses on executive production and international sales and marketing
of feature films. The management team has extensive contacts with producers
around the world who supply film projects, as well as with film financiers and
distributors in all major territories. Through such contacts the Group assists
the producer in organising the financing of a film and for its services as an
executive producer earns fees ranging between 1 and 3 per cent. of the film's
budget. Following production, when Intandem acts as international sales and
marketing agent of the film it earns commission of between 10 and 25 per cent.
of the gross sales to international distributors, who sell to cinema,
television, DVD and other media.

The management team of Intandem has been involved in the acquisition, financing
and international sales of around twenty feature films including Shooting Fish,
Last Orders and Heartbreakers each of which were released in cinemas in the
USA.

Since the establishment of the Group in November 2003 Intandem has already
helped to arrange the financing for three films, Return to Sender, which is
completed, Irresistible, a thriller starring Susan Sarendon, which recently
began production in Australia and "Stoned," which is to be premiered at the
Cannes Film Festival in May.

"Stoned" has received significant interest from distributors worldwide. It is
the story of Rolling Stones founder, Brian Jones' 'rock `n' roll' life style
leading up to his mysterious death.

Since inception the Group has earned executive production fees in excess of
200,000 and has secured the worldwide sales rights for all three films. It has
generated sales to international distributors of over $3.5 million, on which
Intandem will earn commission of between 10% and 25%. Further sales are
expected to be generated at the Cannes Film Festival in May.

Intandem has also backed Number 9 Films Limited in its successful bid to win
funding from the UK Film Council to pay for the development of feature films.
Number 9 Films Limited is a company owned by producer, Stephen Woolley, and is
part of a consortium consisting of Channel 4, The Irish Film Board and Tartan
Films (an independent UK film distributor). The consortium has secured funding
of 800,000 per annum for three years, of which Intandem would contribute
100,000. It is intended that Intandem will be appointed as the international
sales agent, earning commission on sales for each film produced by the
consortium.

Gary Smith, Executive Chairman, commented,

"The inflow of film projects to Intandem is allowing us to select those which
we believe have considerable commercial potential. We then pool together our
extensive network of contacts to finance the film and then sell it to
distributors around the world. We have tremendous confidence in the
effectiveness of this low-risk model. Our listing on AIM today will provide us
with the necessary working capital for the Group and funds for the backing of
Number 9 Films' consortium to develop a slate of quality films.

Furthermore AIM is an ideal platform from which to issue shares for potential
acquisitions within the sector in the future. I am delighted to welcome our new
shareholders to this exciting business and to taking Intandem to the next
level."
