Result of General Meeting
The board of the Company is pleased to announce that at a
general meeting held on 29 January 2013 (the "General Meeting"),
all resolutions were approved unanimously on a show of hands.
Details of the proxy votes in respect of the resolutions passed
at the General Meeting received as at 4.45pm on 25 January 2013, 48
hours before the time of the meeting are set out below:
