Interim Dividend

The board of Ingenious Entertainment VCT 2 plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has declared an interim dividend of 5 pence per E share (2011: Nil).

The interim dividend will be paid on 1 May 2012 to the E shareholders of the Company on the register at close of business on 10 April 2012. The E shares will be marked ex-dividend on 4 April 2012.
