Interim Dividend
The board of Ingenious Entertainment VCT 1 plc (the "Company"),
is pleased to announce that it has declared an interim dividend of
5 pence per C share (2011: 5 pence per C share).
The interim dividend will be paid on 24 February 2012 to the C
shareholders of the Company on the register at close of business on
10 February 2012. The C shares will be marked ex-dividend on 8
February 2012.
