Interim Dividend

The board of Ingenious Entertainment VCT 1 plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has declared an interim dividend of 5 pence per C share (2010: 5 pence per C share).

The interim dividend will be paid on the 11 February 2011 to the C shareholders of the Company on the register at close of business on 28 January 2011. The C shares will be marked ex-dividend on 26 January 2011.
