  On 1 April 2010 4,192,080 D ordinary shares of 1p each (the "D Shares") were allotted and issued by the Company and on 3 April 2010 a further 1,660,734 D Shares were allotted and issued by the Company (together, the "Allotments").




  The Company was advised on 13 May 2010 that included in the Allotments were 5,150 D Shares in the Company which were allotted and issued on 1 April 2010 to Keith Turner, who is a non-executive director of the Company, at an offer price of 100p per D Share. This shareholding, which comprises his entire shareholding in that class, represents 0.12% of the D Share class as at 1 April 2010 and 0.09% of the D Share class as at today's date.
