    Hydrodec Group plc ("the Company") 

    The Company was informed yesterday that Appleby Trust Limited as trustee of the Hydrodec Group plc Employee Benefit Trust disposed of
500,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company yesterday at a price of 48p per share. This disposal relates to the exercise and
subsequent disposal of shares by Rodger Sargent, a non-executive Director of the Company.

    Rodger Sargent also disposed of an additional 250,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company at a price of 48p per share. His
resultant holding following the disposal is 750,000 ordinary shares (representing 0.28% of the issued share capital of the Company).
