BOARD APPOINTMENTS

With effect from 12th September 1997 Mr. Ian Harper,
currently Managing Director of the UK subsidiary, is
appointed Group Managing Director.  Mr. Tim Lamb, one of
the founders of the Group, will concentrate on the
business development of the Group both internationally
and into new business sectors.  Mr. Steve Hides,
President of the USA subsidiary, is also appointed to the
Group Board.
