On 17 October  2007, Terry Hitchcock,  Non-Executive Chairman of  the
Company, acquired  150,000  ordinary  shares  in  the  Company  at  a
purchase price of 105 pence per ordinary share.

Following this transaction, Terry Hitchcock's total holding is
1,876,667 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents 6.03 per
cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
