International NV ("Hansen", "the Group" or "the Company") [ticker - LSE:HSN]
announces that Dr. ir. Peter Flamang, member of Hansen's Executive Committee
since November 2007, will leave the Group by mutual agreement as of 11 February
2010 to pursue new challenges.
Peter joined the Group in 1989 as Test Lab Manager, in 1999 he became Director
Technology and in 2002 he became Vice President Research and Development. Since
August 2008, Peter has also been a member of Hansen's Technology Expert Council
acting in an advisory, supporting and executive role for the Executive
Committee.
The structure of the Executive Committee, effective as of 11 February 2010,
comprises of the following management functions:
