reports that on 30 October 2009 it received the transparency 
statement, which shows that on 26 October 2009, Capita IRG Trustees 
(Nominees) Ltd held 670,088,464 (or 99.99%) voting shares of the 
total 670,104,208 Hansen Transmission International NV shares 
outstanding. 
 
Capita IRG Trustees  (Nominees) Ltd  acts as nominee  for Capita  IRG 
Trustees Ltd  (the  "Depositary") in  respect  of the  voting  shares 
mentioned above. The  Depositary issued, in  respect of these  voting 
shares, depositary interests each representing one ordinary share  in 
Hansen. The  Depositary holds  the  voting shares  on trust  for  the 
benefit of the  holders of depositary  interests. Subject to  certain 
formalities, such  holders  are  entitled at  all  times  to  convert 
depositary interests in  the underlying  voting shares  at their  own 
discretion and expense. 
 
The notification was triggered by the conversion into DIs by AE-Rotor 
Holding B.V. of  51.28% of the  total voting shares  in Hansen.  Such 
conversion was completed on 26 October 2009.
