In conformity with Rule 5.6 of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules we 
would like to notify the market of the following: 
 
 
The Company's total capital is 56,122,658 redeemable participating preference 
shares of 1p (excluding treasury shares). The Company's capital consists of 
35,585,291 US Dollar Shares (excluding Treasury Shares), 11,124,493 Sterling 
Hedged Shares (excluding Treasury Shares), and 9,412,874 Euro Hedged Shares 
(excluding Treasury Shares). 
 
 
Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 56,122,658 and 
this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations 
by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, 
or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and
