Tender Offer to purchase Shares as at 30 June 2009 
 
 
The Company's board of directors has resolved to offer the 30 June 2009 tender 
facility. The maximum proportion of Shares that the Company shall buy back on 
this tender date is 10 per cent. of each of the US Dollar Share class, the 
Sterling Hedged Share class and the Euro Hedged Share class calculated as at the 
Record Date, which is expected to be 1 May 2009. 
 
 
It is expected that a circular in respect of the above will be posted to 
shareholders on 1 April.
