                       HERCULES RESTRUCTURES BOARD

Hercules Property Services plc ("Hercules") today announces that William 
Proctor, a non-executive director, has stepped down from the Board with 
immediate effect because of a conflict of interest. 

He will be replaced as a non-executive director by Jonathan Radgick who 
is relinquishing his position as an executive director of the Board on 
31st August 1999 following his decision to retire as managing director 
of the Group's subsidiary, Harman Healy Limited ("Harman Healy"). He is 
succeeded at Harman Healy by Jonathan Ross who has been with the company 
for 15 years and a director for seven years.
