Director Notification
In accordance with AIM Rule 17, the Company announces that Simon Flamank, COO
and Finance Director of the Company, has informed the Company that, on 9
December 2009, TV-Loonland AG, a company of which he was previously a director,
announced that it has entered into a preliminary administration procedure
following the repeated refusal by its shareholders to approve a share
consolidation to allow it to raise cash through an equity injection. Handmade
notes that the TV-Loonland AG also announced that its board believes the value
of the assets exceed its debts.
A further announcement will be made if appropriate.
