    HANDMADE FILMS SIGNS DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENTS FOR PLANET 51 ACROSS ITALY AND FRANCE

    HandMade Plc (HMF.L), the rights ownership, film production, merchandising and licensing company, is pleased to announce that it has
signed two further major distribution agreements for its CGI animation film Planet 51 with TF1 in France and Moviemax Italia in Italy.  

    In March 2007, HandMade announced that it had joined Madrid-based Ilion Animation Studios as the UK production partner and worldwide
sales agent for the studio's first animation film, Planet 51.  

    French giant TF1 recently scored 7 million admissions with La Vie en Rose and Moviemax has enjoyed back-to-back number one box office
hits with Nim's Island and Step Up 2.  

    Planet 51's all-star cast includes Dwayne Johnson (Game Plan, The Scorpian King), Jessica Biel, Seann William Scott, Justin Long, John
Cleese and Gary Oldman.

    In addition to signing these deals for Planet 51, HandMade has seen strong business across its range of titles including Scott
Free/Future Film partnership title Jordan Scott's Cracks, Jim Sturgess starrer 50 Dead Men Walking and Charles Shyer's Eloise in Paris.

    Commenting on this announcement, David Ravden, Chief Executive Officer of HandMade plc, said: "We are pleased to have signed

throughout the world and leave only Germany and Japan to be finalised for our potential blockbuster, Planet 51."
