Further to the Company's announcement in relation to dealings by directors and
ex-directors,  released  on  22  September,  HACAS  announces  the   following
additional details.

All  transactions  referred to occurred on 21 September and  the  Company  was
informed of them on the same date.

Share  transactions between Mr Joseph,  Mr Ashby and Mr  Zitron were priced at
25p.  All other share transactions were priced at 32.5p.
