                   Admission of new shares to trading on AIM

HACAS  Group  Plc ("HACAS") announces that application has been  made  for  an
additional 3,300 ordinary shares of 10p each to be admitted to trading on AIM.
These  shares  are  being  issued to Royal Borough of Kensington  and  Chelsea
Assured  Homes PLC ("RBK&C") shareholders who have accepted HACAS'  offer  for
RBK&C subsequent to 22 September 1998.

Admission  of  these  shares is expected to take place on 30  September  1998.
These shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue.
