HOLDING IN COMPANY

The Company received notification on 17 October 2007 that, as at that date,
Hargreave Hale Limited was interested in 3,430,300 ordinary shares of 4p each 
in the Company ("Shares"), which represents approximately 8.18% of the 
Company's enlarged issued shares following its recent placing. 2,012,201 of 
these shares are for unit trusts operated by Marlborough Fund Managers Ltd, 
for which Hargreave Hale Limited manages the investments on a discretionary 
basis. The remaining balance is held on behalf of other discretionary clients.
