Dana Dunne, Chief Commercial Officer of easyJet plc, joins GAME Group Board 
 
 The GAME Group plc, Europe's largest specialist retailer of pc and video 
games products, is pleased to announce the appointment of Dana Dunne (46) as a 
non-executive director from 14 January 2010. 
 
 
Mr Dunne is the Chief Commercial Officer of easyJet plc. Before joining easyJet, 
he was CEO of AOL Europe, one of the leading online companies in Europe. Prior 
to that he was Head of Company Transformation of AOL in the US, and has held a 
number of other senior positions in the telecom and media industries. 
 
 
Jean-Paul Giraud, who has completed two terms of office, will step down from the 
GAME Group Board on 14 January 2010, after six years. 
 
 
Peter Lewis, Chairman of The GAME Group plc, said:

Director. He has extensive experience in customer relationship management and 
maximising the potential of online distribution channels in international 
markets. His experience across a number of rapidly evolving industries will

his contribution to our growth over the last six years. His experience and 
insight have proved invaluable as we have expanded organically and through 
acquisitions in European markets, and he has made a significant impact on the 
Group's strategy."

There are no further details required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 
9.6.13 in connection with Mr Dunne's appointment.

Dana Dunne is an experienced operator with a proven track record at high 
profile, international telecoms and media companies. 
 
 
Mr Dunne spent 20 years working in Europe, initially with McKinsey in Spain. In 
1997, he joined US West, a major telecoms carrier in the US where he quickly 
assumed the role of President, US West International and oversaw its merger with 
Qwest in 1999. 
 
 
He then joined Belgacom as Managing Director of the Retail Business. In this 
role, based out of London, he positioned the company, within 18 months to being 
"the best business incumbent in Europe" according to a PwC survey. He served as 
CEO of Town & City Holdings and Chairman of WebTV Europe from 2001 to 2005 where 
he made it the first provider to secure a contract with a major record label as 
well as service provision contracts with major mobile telephone operators. 
 
 
In 2005, he joined AOL as Head of Company Transformation. He helped position AOL 
as an internet portal and improved ad sales to best in the market within a year. 
He then became CEO, AOL Europe where he made his business the most profitable 
part of AOL within two and half years and managed the fastest major digital 
roll-out across Europe. 
 
 
Most recently, he joined easyJet plc on September 2009. He is responsible for 
sales, the significant majority of which are online, marketing and the customer 
proposition, among many other things.
