The History of GAME in France

Since the acquisition of ScoreGames in 2001, we have grown both organically and through acquisition in France. We purchased Addon, a 10
store and 10 franchise chain in early 2005 and Maxi-Livres, a 50 store book chain that we converted to game outlets in 2007. Today we are
the second largest specialist retailer of computer software and video games in France. We expect to have in excess of 190 stores and
franchises in France before the key Christmas trading period.
