    GAME announces that on 10 July 2008 it purchased for cancellation 100,000 of its ordinary shares at an average price of 246 pence per
share from Deutsche Bank AG London Branch.

    Following the purchase and upon cancellation of these shares, the number of ordinary shares with voting rights in issue will be
346,326,522.
