                        ("Greenhouse" or "the Company")

                            Resignation of Chairman

The Company today announces that Mr. Nigel Wray has resigned as chairman of the
Greenhouse Fund and left the board of directors due to pressure of other
business commitments. Mr. Wray's successor as Chairman of the Company will be
announced in due course.

Greenhouse Deputy Chairman Brian Sheeran commented,

"It is a great shame that Nigel has decided his many business commitments mean
he cannot contribute as much as he would like to his role Chairman of
Greenhouse, so the Board reluctantly agreed to accept his resignation. On behalf
of the Board and shareholders, I thank him for his contribution to the Company.
I look forward to announcing his successor shortly".
