   NAV UPDATE AS AT 31 December 2014 
 
   Foresight Solar VCT Plc is pleased to report that its unaudited Ordinary 
ShareNet Asset Value ("NAV") has increased to approximately 104p per 
Ordinary Share at 31 December 2014 (after the payment of a 3.0p per 
Ordinary Share dividend in November 2014) compared to 101.9p per 
Ordinary Share as at 30 June 2014. 
 
   The unaudited "C" Share NAV decreased slightly from 98.0p per C Share to 
approximately 95p per C Share after the payment of a 2.5p per C Share 
dividend also during November 2014. 
 
   TRADING UPDATE: ORDINARY SHARES 
 
   In December 2014, Foresight Solar VCT plc completed the acquisition of a 
16.4MW operating asset. The asset "Turweston" is located in Brackley, 
Buckinghamshire, and was connected to the grid on 8 December 2014, thus 
qualifying for a 1.4 ROC level. The plant has been acquired from 
BELECTRIC UK & BELECTRIC GmBH ("BELECTRIC") a world leader in the 
construction and operation of solar farms having installed over 1.5GW of 
solar power globally. The acquisition was funded using the proceeds of 
the Bond refinancing that was completed by Foresight Group in 2013. 
 
   TRADING UPDATE: "C" SHARES: 
 
   Foresight Solar VCT Plc has exchanged on two UK sites with one further 
site now under exclusivity. Combined, these sites have a capacity of 
11.9MW and represent an investment requirement of c. GBP10m. A further 
GBP1.8m of "C" share capital has been committed to a US Solar project.
