announces that Mr. Darryl J. Raymaker, a non-executive director of the
Company, sold 16,000 common shares at an average price of $7.69 (Cdn.) per
share on July 06, 2005, through the facilities of the Toronto Stock Exchange.
Mr. Raymaker continues to hold 126,679 common shares and 1,000,000 stock
options.
