Capital Structure following Issue of Shares for Convertible Note Interest 
 
A  total  of  151,884 fully  paid  ordinary  shares  has  been issued by Finders 
Resources  Limited  (Company)  for  AUD  31.86 cents  each,  to  pay interest on 
existing  unlisted convertible notes. The capital structure of Finders Resources
