Director/PDMR Shareholding

Filta announces that it has today been notified that on 4 January 2017 Graham Woolfman, Non-Executive Director, transferred 18,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his pension fund for nil consideration.

Following this transfer, Mr Woolfman's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 18,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.1 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
