    This annual information document has been prepared by FRM Credit Alpha Limited (the "Company") in accordance with the provisions of Part
11 of the Prospectus (Directive 2003/71/EC) Regulations 2005 (the "Prospectus Regulations") and has been submitted to the Irish Stock
Exchange for filing with the Irish Financial Services Regulatory Authority (the "Irish Financial Regulator") in accordance with the
provisions of the Prospectus Rules issued by the Irish Financial Regulator.

      Introduction:

    FRM Credit Alpha Limited published its Annual Report for the year ended 30th June 2008 on 21st October 2008.  

    The Company intends to rely solely on the Irish Financial Regulator publishing this annual information document to fulfil its obligation
to publish the annual information document in accordance with the provisions of Part 11 of the Prospectus Regulations.
