Result of Annual General Meeting
All of the ordinary and special resolutions proposed at the Annual General
Meeting of the Company held on 30 April 2010 were duly passed.
The full text of each resolution was set out in the Notice of the Meeting which
was incorporated into the Annual Report 2009. The Notice of the Meeting is also
available as a separate document on the Company's website www.fbdgroup.com and
is attached as a pdf to this announcement. Details of the numbers of shares in
respect of which valid proxy appointments had been made in advance of the
meeting are set out below.
