European Wealth Group Limited (AIM: EWG, EWGL), the integrated wealth management group, announces that Mr Kishore ("Kish") Gopaul has today resigned from the Board with immediate effect.

Kish has been a non-executive director since the Company was founded, representing the interests of Courvoisier whose financing made possible the creation and development of the business. With the convertible loan stock now repaid and two new major investors joining the Company's share register and taking seats on the board; Mr Gopaul believes that now is the right time for him to stand down and let the new board take the business forward.
