CONFIRMATION OF CANCELLATION OF LISTING OF SECURITIES

Pursuant to Listing Rule 5.3 and following the announcement on 23 September 2011 made by Evraz Group S.A., a public limited liability company (societe anonyme) incorporated under the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg with its registered office at 1, Allee Scheffer, L-2520 Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and registered with the Luxembourg Register of Trade and Companies under number B 105615, and the subsequent publication of the relevant dealing notice by the Financial Services Authority, the Company announces that the listing of all of its U.S.$650,000,000 7.25 per cent. Convertible Bonds due 2014 (ISIN: XS0439721035) on the Official List and admission of such securities to trading on the London Stock Exchange was cancelled at its request as from 8 a.m. today, 21 October 2011.
