Notification of Interest in Company

The Company was notified on 20 May 2013 that, following an acquisition of 605,612 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 16 May 2013, Peter Gyllenhammar, through his ownership of Bronsstädet AB, is now beneficially interested in a total of 605,612 Ordinary Shares. This holding represents 18.2% of the Company's issued share capital.

Following the result of the Company's general meeting held on 16 May 2013, the Company will buy back and cancel 470,000 Ordinary Shares. Following the buy back and cancellation, Peter Gyllenhammar's beneficial holding will represent 21.1% of the Company's issued share capital.
