The Company announces that it was notified on 28 March 2013 that, following a disposal of 60,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 27 March 2013, Elsina Limited is now beneficially interested in a total of 1,545,612 Ordinary Shares. This holding represents 46.4% of the Company's issued share capital.
