Sale of Treasury Shares

The Company yesterday sold 100,000 of its own ordinary shares of 6.25p ("Shares") which it held in treasury. The transaction took place at a price of 6.15p per share.

The total number of Shares in issue is unchanged at 33,305,160, with each Share carrying the right to one vote. There are now 85,000 Shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 33,220,160. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
