annnouncement released on 4 May 2000 at 17:35 under RNS No 0667K.

The shares are issued in accordance with an agreement with 'Farfield Syndicate'
and not 'Fairfield Syndicate' as previously stated.

     EuroTelecom Communications Inc. ("the Company")

Application has been made for 41,000 shares  of  Class  A
common stock, par value US$0.01 each ("the Shares") to be
admitted  to  AIM.   The  Shares  are  being  issued   in
accordance with an agreement dated 28 March 2000  between
1998/1999 Farfield Syndicate ("the Syndicate")  and  the
Company,  as detailed in the prospectus, dated  29  March
2000.   The  Shares represent the consideration  for  the
premium payable to the trustees of the Syndicate for  the
lease  of  a premises.  Admission is expected  to  become
effective on 10 May 2000.
