                         DIRECTOR / PDMR SHAREHOLDING

Ensor Holdings PLC ("Ensor" or the "Company") announces that it received
notification today that Roger Harrison, a director of Ensor, has today
purchased 14,250 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, at a price of 70p
per share. Following this purchase Mr. Harrison now holds 4,172,750 ordinary
shares, representing 14.0 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
