                         DIRECTOR / PDMR SHAREHOLDING

Ensor Holdings PLC ("Ensor" or the "Company") announces that it received
notification today that Kenneth Harrison, a director of Ensor, between 4 July
2014 and 7 July 2014, purchased 35,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the
Company, at a price of 66p per share. Following these purchases Mr. Harrison
now holds 1,498,380 ordinary shares representing 5.0 per cent. of the issued
share capital of the Company.
