                     Appointment of Non-executive Director

Ensor is pleased to announce that Peter Harrison has been appointed as a
non-executive director of the Company. Peter qualified as a barrister in 1983
and is currently practising with St. Johns Buildings Chambers.

Peter John Harrison, aged 53, has a beneficial interest in 6,657,500 shares in
the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 22.3% of the Company's issued
share capital. Mr Harrison directly holds 4,157,500 Ordinary Shares and is the
joint beneficiary of a further 2,500,000 Ordinary Shares which are held in
trust.

Other than the information set out above there is no other information required
to be disclosed in connection with the appointment of Mr Harrison under AIM
Rule 17 and Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
