ENSOR HOLDINGS PLC ("Ensor" or the "Company")
Buy-back of Shares
Ensor announces that it has
today completed the on-market buy-back of 300,000 ordinary shares
of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 47.015 pence per Ordinary Share.
The Company has also been informed that the Company's Finance
Director, Marcus Chadwick, has today
sold 100,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 47.0 pence per Ordinary Share and that a Non
Executive Director, Mr Anthony
Coyne, has today sold 200,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of
47.0 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the above transactions the beneficial interests of Mr. Chadwick and
Mr. Coyne are as follows:

The Company's issued share capital continues to be 30,618,074
Ordinary Shares of which 622,098 Ordinary Shares are, following the

The total number of voting rights in the Company is 29,995,976
with each Ordinary Share carrying the right to one vote. This
figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the
Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
