Ensor Holdings plc announces that it has yesterday disposed of the Fixed
Assets, Stock and Goodwill of its haulage and commercial vehicle maintenance
operation carried on at Woodville, Swadlincote, Derbyshire.



The cash consideration for these assets is #105,000 which will be used to
repay bank borrowings.



The net losses attributable to the haulage and commercial vehicle maintenance
operation were #27,000 in the year to 31 March 2000 and the net asset value of
assets disposed of is #234,000.
