Update on Acquisition and Date of Admission

Further to the announcement of 19 December 2017, EQTEC plc (AIM: EQT), the technology solution company for waste gasification to energy projects, announces that Admission, being the final condition to completion of the Acquisition and the Placing, will take place at 8.00 a.m. on 28 December 2017.

The table below shows a breakdown of the Placing Shares, Consideration Shares, and Ordinary Shares to be issued on Admission pursuant to a convertible loan agreement (the "Conversion Shares") (collectively "the New Shares").

Accordingly application has been made for admission of the New Shares to trading on AIM. Admission of the 1,160,787,609 New Shares will take place on 28 December 2017.

Following the issue of the Consideration Shares to the Vendors, EBIOSS will be interested in 676,406,371 Ordinary Shares and Inava will be interested in 250,159,360 Ordinary Shares being 50.25% and 18.58% respectively of the Enlarged Share Capital.

Following Admission, the Company will have 1,346,090,838 Ordinary Shares of EUR0.001 in issue. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 1,346,090,838 and this figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
