              E-QUISITOR PLC SECURES #25M OF ACQUISITION FUNDING
                      FROM BARCLAYS ACQUISITION FINANCE

e-quisitor plc, the AIM listed company established to build a group of
profitable information-oriented businesses, is pleased to announce that it has
agreed a funding facility with Barclays Acquisition Finance in Leeds of 
#25million on a six year term.  A #2million working capital facility has also
been agreed.

It is e-quisitor's intention to use a combination of equity and debt to fund
acquisitions and this facility provides sufficient debt to support a number of
sizeable acquisitions.
